Leigh Brown is an American artist and designer, with a sensibility shaped by her love of history and fashion. With origins studying womenswear at Central Saint Martins in London, while working in the studios of McQueen and Westwood, she brings an expressive line to her work, signalling to a sartorial foundation.

Launching her studio in 2019, Leigh has worked on a broad range of commissions, from fashion projects to art for interiors and illustration work for film, boutiques, hotels and books. She has worked with a variety of companies including Oracle and Nordstrom.

Recent projects have taken her around the world to places like Punta Mita where she captured golf-scapes for The Four Seasons, to Marfa where she drew live at numerous events for a destination wedding, and to Washington DC’s federal courthouse to sketch at legendary trials.

Prior to the launch of her eponymous studio, Leigh was a seasoned womenswear designer working for fashion houses in NYC and along the west coast. She was a leading figure behind the launch of Blank NYC and Nordstrom's collaboration with Olivia Palermo. She has partnered with major apparel brands like Victoria’s Secret and Anthropologie to create original artworks, with work appearing in publications such as Vogue, Architectural Digest and NRC, in addition to features at major retailers like Bloomingdales, Intermix and Saks Fifth Avenue.

She has completed commissions for prominent figures within retail, journalism and finance, including Givenchy Paris, Tom Ford, New York Times and The Carlyle Group.

In addition to commercial art, Leigh specializes in portraiture, with varied requests for family members and pets to established institutions and figures within government.
